Another view...

Another shot...it's right over the french doors going to the back porch...

"End Of The Trail" has always been iconic to me...and my friend at Salish Kootenai College did a steel sculpture for me to hang in the house...I have tried to remember to put it up, and even one day did hit the internet only to find out that the app that allows me to post to this blog was down...heading to Montana tomorrow for the annual Tribal Schools conference and I thought of Glenn and wanted to get his sculpture up...he is amazing!! Did some commissioned work for the new U.S. Department of Agriculture building in DC...

Summer Time, Summer Time, Sum Sum Summer Time...couldn't figure out where the singing was coming from last night...thought I must have been dreaming it. But when I got up this AM, apparently Gertie had decided to take herself to the lake early this AM, got dressed up in her summer time swimming outfit, and was feeling good enough to sing as she came back inside the house...that Gertie, always the life of the party!
